The second iteration focuses on enhancing the co-housing experience by creating a series of small housing lots that encompasses a communal garden and play area for children. Each housing unit also allocates a space half the size of the original lot for further expansions, depending on the requirement of each occupants. Two curtain wall fronted structures communal spaces included are proposed to be used as retail spaces or vocational skill centers for the residents. Overall, this proposal aims to enable the resident to own affordable housing  and have the freedom of tailoring their homes to suit one's needs. The skills and retail centers also creates a site of exchange for the community, giving the residents an opportunity to work from home.
